UPMCAT - Uttar Pradesh Management Common Aptitude Test:

Uttar Pradesh Management Common Aptitude Test (UPMCAT) is an examination conducted each year for admission to various management courses in the colleges situated in Uttar Pradesh. UPMCAT entrance exam is conducted each year by Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) situated in Lucknow.

Courses Offered:

Following programs are offered by Institutes under Uttar Pradesh Management Common Aptitude Test (UPMCAT),

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Master in Computer Application (MCA).

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for Uttar Pradesh Management Common Aptitude Test (UPMCAT) is as following.

• The candidates must be a citizen of India.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three year duration in any stream from a recognized Indian University; or its equivalent, recognized by A.I.U securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
• To know about the minimum marks of the qualifying examination, please check with the respective college website.

How to Apply?

• The candidate has to submit his/her application for UPSEE-2012 examination ON-Line through www.uptu.ac.in or www.mtu.ac.in or www.upsee.nic.in
• The confirmation page generated ON-Line along with the copy of Challan (if the payment is made through bank challan) should be sent to the Registrar (UPSEE-2012), Gautam Buddh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow (UP) – 226021

Application Fees:

The cost of online application inclusive of Entrance Examination Fee for UPSEE-2012 for On-Line application submission, is 1000/- for General & OBC category and 500/- for all female candidates and SC/ST candidates.
