UPSEE 2011 Entrance Exam

Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, is conducting Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE-2011) on 16th and 17th April, 2011 for admission to Post Graduate Courses MCA and MBA of Govt. Aided and private unaided institutions affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University, Lucknow & Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, along with some of the other State Universities of Uttar Pradesh for the academic session 2011-2012.
The entrance exam consists of four sections as follows, English Language, Numerical Aptitude, Thinking & Decision Making and General Awareness. Here are the UPSEE 2011 Exam preparation tips given for above mentioned sections.

Preparation Tips

• English Language:
• Read English Newspaper Editorials, Magazines, Novels and watch news channels. It will help you to improve your English Language section.
• Enhance your vocabulary.
• Read a variety of books to broaden your knowledge on different subjects. Don't just confine yourself reading particular news related to sports, entertainment or technology.
• Gather information on business, international affairs, etc, as this will help you to widen your understanding of events.
• Understand the meanings of each paragraph and sentence, and likewise review the underlying points and ideas hidden therein.
• Numerical Aptitude:
• Learn the basics of mathematics, Go through each chapter and revise in past time.
• Do the tricky questions given in question bank.
• Spend some time everyday on training your addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills.
• Refresh your ability to recall tables, squares and cubes up to 30, and multiplication between common numbers.
• Thinking & Decision Making:
• Everyday communicate, remember, and distinguish information to help with solving problems.
• Try to solve the complicated questions, study them regularly and seriously.
• General Awareness:
• Read Books on General knowledge, English Newspaper Editorials, Magazines.
• Watch News channels.
• Read Business related magazines and newspapers.
