I gave Higher secondary exam in 2010. Cut-off marks should be 82% to apply for the Inspire scholarship as given http://www.inspire-dst.gov.in/Inspire-Advertisement.pdf. My best of 3 percentage in class XII is 83% but best of 4 subject it becomes 78% and all total via all 7 subjects it is 73%. Am I eligible for Inspire scholarship for XII? I also got 999 rank(sc) in WB-JEE 2010. I also got first division on my first year physics honors paper 2011.

According to SHE eligibility criteria, they have mentioned different Board Exam percentage cut off marks criteria for different states and they consider your total percentage in class XII. Please check over there your total percentage in HSC accordingly your state.
They have mentioned in table 2 and 3 National Competitive exams and their rank. According to that you can check your eligibility.
