The Real Estate Sector in India is expected to grow at 15-20 per cent per annum
for the next few years.
The Indian real estate market contributes 5-6 per cent of
India's GDP. It is the second largest manpower employer after agriculture. The real
estate sector in India is expected to grow at 15-20 per cent per annum for the next
few years. Keeping this in mind, Ansal Institute has launched one-year postgraduate
program in real estate management to meet the demand of the every growing real estate
industry. The programme has been designed to provide students with the necessary
conceptual understanding as well as to equip them with commercial and technical
skills to deal with the emerging opportunities and challenges in the real estate
sector. It is divided into two semesters, followed by a six month internship in
the industry.
