Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology Bhubaneswar:
The Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT)
was established in the year 1962 under the provisions of the Orissa Act., 20 of
1961 and has the triple functions of teaching, research and extension education.
The University offers education at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels in
Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering
& Technology, Fishery Science, Home Science, & Forestry in the semester system.
Research and Extension programmes are carried out at the Regional Research & Technology
Transfer Station (RRTTS) and/or Substations/ Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) located
in different parts of the Orissa, besides the Central Research Station at Bhubaneswar.
Orissa University conducts OUAT 2012 UG Entrance Exam
for bachelor degree programs.

Test application form along with the prospectus can be obtained.
- By hand from sale Centres on payment of Rs. 500/- (excluding bank commission) through
Demand Draft/Cheque
- By post on payment of Rs. 550/- (Rupees five hundred fifty) only through a Demand
Draft drawn in favour of "The Comptroller, Orissa University of Agriculture and
Technology, Bhubaneswar - 751003" payable at any Nationalized Bank located at Bhubaneswar.
- And also from the from the sale counter of State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch,
Bhubaneswar.
- Online Mode: Candidates may access OUAT website

to download the prospectus and/ or application forms. And submit to the Assistant
Registrar (Acd), OUAT, Bhubaneswar - 751003 through Registered Post/ Speed Post/
Courier service in due date and time, with the Application fee of Rs. 500/- in form
of Bank Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of the "Comptroller, OUAT, Bhubaneswar"
Payable at any Nationalized Bank located at Bhubaneswar.
- Submission of forms: The
OUAT 2012 UG Entrance Exam forms obtained Offline should also be submitted
to the Assistant Registrar (Acd), OUAT, Bhubaneswar - 751003 through Registered
Post/ Speed Post/ Courier service in due date and time.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should be 10+2 Science/ equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

The OUAT 2012 UG Entrance Exam will be an objective test for 200 marks in two hours
