For MBBS Course in K. S. Hegde Medical Academy
As was informed under “Schedule of Events”, Continuation
of the second round counseling for MBBS course in K. S. HEGDE MEDICAL ACADEMY will
be held on 21st July 2011 (Thursday) at 10 a.m. in the University Office (6th Floor,
Medical Sciences Complex, Deralakatte, Mangalore - 575018).
Counseling is for the new seats sanctioned. All candidates desirous of seeking admission
and having NUUGET-2011 Entrance Test Ranks between No.301 to 450 are required to
be present at 9.15 a.m. on 21st July 2011 (Thursday) at the University office with
the original documents listed below. Counseling is based on Merit (Entrance Test
Ranking) of the candidates attending the counseling.

Documents to be produced:-
- SSLC (or equivalent) Marks Card / Pass Certificate - Original + 3 attested photocopies.
- PUC (or +2 levels) Marks Card - Original + 3 attested photocopies.
- 5 passport size + 5 stamp size colour photographs.
- DD for Rs.4,10,000/- favoring Nitte University payable at Mangalore.
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended - Original + 3 attested
Photocopies.
- Physical Fitness Certificate from a registered Medical Practitioner and Blood Group
Certificate.
- Migration Certificate from the Board of the Institution last studies (not Required
if the student has passed from the Karnataka P.U.Board).
