Pre-Engineering & Pharmacy Test (MP PEPT) – 2012:
The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board was initially set-up as Pre Medical
Test Board by Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1970. Later, in the year
1981, Pre Engineering Board was constituted. Soon after, in the year 1982 both these
Boards were amalgamated and named as Professional Examination Board (P.E.B). Professional
Examination Board by Govt. Order No. 1325-1717-42-82 dated 17.04.1982 has been assigned
the responsibility to Madhya Pradesh Board to conduct Pre-Engineering & Pharmacy
test popularly known as MP PEPT 2012 Exam for
admission to various colleges in the state.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be a Citizen of India
- The Candidate must have passed a 10+2 Exam in Madhya Pradesh or any other Board
with Physics Chemistry as the main subjects and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology
as one of the optional subjects, with minimum 50% marks for General category candidates
and 45% in case of SC/ST candidate.
How to Apply?
- The Candidate must fill the Online MP PEPT 2012 Exam
Application form available at the www.vyapam.nic.in or www.mponline.gov.in
- The Candidate must read all the instructions about filling the online application
form before filling it. The cost of Form is
600/- for General Category Candidates and
300/- for SC/ST Candidates.
- The Candidate can pay the required amount online through any Credit or Debit Card
and also through Net Banking.

Exam Pattern / Syllabus
In Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering & Pharmacy Test 2012 exam syllabus, Physics and
Chemistry subjects will carry 50 marks each, which is compulsory for all the applicants.
Mathematics and Biotechnology will be for 100 marks each as an optional subject.
