Counseling for re-allotment to government and self-financing
medical colleges and allotment to the medical and dental colleges for 2011-2012
will begin on July 28. The counseling will be held at Kilapuk Medical College auditorium
till August 4.
No individual intimation will be sent for re-allotment, officials said. Students
who were selected during the first phase of counseling will join college by July
22. If they don’t, the respective colleges should intimate it to us. We will allot
fresh candidates to those seats, said selection committee secretary Sheela Grace.
Earlier this month, 31 students had abstained from counseling. Candidates who were
absent or who did not join are not allowed for re-allotment/allotment during the
next phase.
Candidates must produce original certificates and the admission slip from
the respective medical colleges along with a non-refundable demand draft for. 500
as processing fee drawn in favour of the secretary, selection committee, Chennai-10.
