Manipal Medical Admission Test Details

exam known as Manipal University Medical Exam 2012
for the admission to MBBS course.
Courses Offered :
Manipal University Medical Exam 2012 Eligibility :
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- The Candidate must be born on or before 31/12/1995.
- The Candidate must be pass in 12+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology
and English and a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together.
- The Candidate who have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry,
and Biology in Manipal University UGET Entrance Exam - 2012
will be considered for the Admissions.
How to Apply ?
- Online : Candidates can Apply Online by paying
the Application fees through credit card, Net Banking or Demand Draft.
- By Post : Candidates can also print and send the
complete form with DD in the name of ’Manipal University’ payable of Manipal or
Udupi.
The Manipal University UGET Entrance Exam Application Form is available at selected
branches of State Bank of India and Syndicate Bank. Detail of the Bank list can
be obtained on the Manipal University website www.manipal.edu

Exam Pattern
MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm & PharmD (eligibility PCB) :
The test duration is of 2.30 hours and consists of 240 multiple choice questions
(MCQ) of the objective type. The approximate distribution of questions is as follows:
Physics - 60 questions, Chemistry - 60 questions, Biology - 80 questions, English
& General Aptitude - 40 questions.

Each question carries one mark. Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. The
wrong answer or unanswered questions will receive no (positive/ negative) mark.
Application Fee :
The total fee for application includes following components :
- Application Fee of
500/-. This is mandatory for all applicants.

1000/- only for selected courses.
