MAH HM CET Exam Overview
Government of Maharashtra conducts a Common Entrance Test for candidates seeking
admission to Hotel Management & Catering Technology, which is commonly known as
Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH HM CET).
The MAH HM CET Exam would be administered by the
Competent Authority, on its own or in collaboration with or through a professional
agency with proven record of its competence and experience in such process of personnel
selection through competitive examinations.

Hotel Management Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria :
The candidate must have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State
Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination in
Science/Home Science/ Arts /Commerce/ MCVC with English as one of the subjects and
Secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% aggregate marks for backward class candidates
belonging to Maharashtra State only).
Hotel Management Entrance Exam Pattern
The MAH-HM-CET test will consist of one question paper of maximum 100 marks to test
the aptitude of the candidate for Hotel Management and Catering Technology degree
course.
