Kopargaon Taluka Education Society started K. J. Somaiya colleges of Engineering,
Management and Medical in Kopargaon because Kopargaon had made some advance in the
field of agriculture, but educationally it was still an area of darkness. Our Founder
Chairman, then MLA, the late Shri. K. B. Rohamare, affectionately known as Dada,
realized the necessity of educating young boys and girls, children of farmers and
peasants and established this society.

K.J. Somaiya college of Management: Overview
PGDBM course is fully-residential course conducted by
KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies. This Institute was also
awarded the Best Institute Management by Bombay Management Association. KJ Somaiya
Institute offers full time and part time management programmes for master and post-graduate
programmes’. Also this institute gives options to dual degree specialization offering
to opportunities to explore areas beyond the specialization.

KJ SIMSR Eligibility:
Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
from a recognized University by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) / AICTE
as eligible for post graduate studies in management.

- Filled up KJ SIMSR 2012 application form with photograph pasted at the appropriate
place.
- Attested photocopies of the Work Experience Certificates and latest pay slip (to
claim credits for work experience), if any, along with the filled up application
form.
- Photo copy of CAT Admit Card / GMAT Score Card.
- DD or Receipt of Learning Center (as applicable).
