KIITEE Management Entrance Examination:
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT)
is one of the prominent technical institutes in the country offering various courses
to professional aspirants. They conduct entrance examination known as the
Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE
2012 Entrance Exam) for the following courses:
This Institute is working for student’s bright future & their desire. Admission
to KIIT University for these courses through the entrance exam is considered to
be very difficult.
KIITEE Management Entrance Exam Details
Courses Offered:
- MBA (Rural Management)
- MBA (Agribusiness Management)
- Two Year Full Time Residential MBA Programme.
Eligibility:
MBA (Rural Management) and MBA (Agribusiness
Management):
- MBA (Rural Management): Graduate in any discipline
with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) at graduation can apply.
- MBA (Agribusiness Management): Graduate in Agriculture
or any allied field with minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) at graduation
can apply.
Two Year Full Time Residential MBA Programme:
- Graduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3)
of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed
by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the
degree.
- In case the University/ Institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA
into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing CGPA obtained
with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.
Those who are in their final year of graduation and awaiting their results by
June, 2012 can also apply.

Registration Process for MBA (Rural
Management) and MBA (Agribusiness Management):
Registration Process for Two Year Full
Time Residential MBA Programme:
- Option 1:
- Candidates applying through Option 1 would be required to submit copies of their
mark sheets and other supporting documents at a later stage, as will be instructed
by the institution. Payment can be done through credit card/bank transfer etc.,
as instructed / supported at the online payment site itself.
- Option 2 and 3:
- Candidates applying through Option 2 or 3 need to make a DD of
750/- drawn in favour of "KIIT School of Management", payable at Bhubaneswar. The
DD along with the filled in and signed application form needs to be sent to "Admissions
Executive, School of Management, Campus – 7, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar – 751024".
- Name and Address of the candidate needs to be mentioned on the reverse of the Demand
Draft.
- Candidates should retain photocopies of the DD and the application form submitted
for future reference

Syllabus for KIITEE Management Entrance Exam:
The questions are asked on Linear and Quadratic Equation, Permutation & Combination,
Probability, Logarithm, Simple & Compound Interest, Speed, Profit and Loss, Time
and Distance, Percentages, Co-ordinate Geometry, Lines, angles, Triangles, Spheres,
Rectangles, Cube, Cone, Trigonometry can be done. English, General Knowledge and
Issues of Social Concern section could be prepared by reading Newspapers, magazines,
competitive books, etc. always be updated with current affairs. For English, practice
of basic grammar rules, synonyms, one word substitution could be done.
