As per your query, After B.E./B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication are eligible for Merchant Navy Courses. Pre-sea courses are offered in different government as well as private training institution. This institution must be under the control of ministry of shipping. After completing this short-term pre-sea course you can join Merchant Navy.
