Learn how to crack GB Pant Entrance Exam for MBA in Rural Development

The G B Pant Social Science Institute is conducting
an Admission Test for its two-year full time MBA Rural Development
(MBA RD) Programme. The MBA RD degree is awarded by the Central University of Allahabad.
There are 27 courses spread over four semesters. An innovative learning process
has been designed for the course. The minimum qualification for admission to the
MBA (RD) programs shall be graduation from a recognized institution. The admission
to the MBA RD course shall be based on Admission Test comprising Written and Oral
Tests. Based on performance in the Written Test, shortlisted candidates shall be
required to appear in Oral Test. The number of shortlisted candidates for the Oral
Tests shall be decided by the Admission Committee. All tests shall be conducted
only in English medium.
It's written test consist of written communication, intelligence, propensity to
observe facts and use them, propensity to grasp and use quantitative and scientific
tools, general awareness, logical thinking, reasoning power, aptitude for management
learning and practice, and maturity in terms of personality development. It shall
be negative marking for wrong answers, every correct answer award 4 marks and 1
mark would be deducted for wrong answer. This entrance exam does not conduct Group
Discussion, its only take the oral test for admission.
If you want to crack the entrance exam then you
has to work on lot of puzzles, quizzes it will help you to improve your reasoning
skills and logical thinking. If you want to increase your score in English then
you must wants read magazines and newspapers daily. It improves your English vocabulary.
Moreover, candidate should watch English Movies, news channels. The mathematics
section consists of basic mathematics questions from 10th to 12th and hence you
can solve these problems easily. If you wants to get good score in mathematics then
you can refer 10th and 12th standard maths book and you can get the study material
from coaching institutes.

Improve your strong areas:
If you have time so you can studying on your weak areas but if you have no much
more time then it is futile to spend much time in studying the areas which you are
weak in. So now you just focus on your strong areas and increase your scores in
those areas. But before that, you must judge the importance of the area you are
weak in. Identify your areas of weakness, especially those topics which have a higher
weightage and work on them in a systematic manner.

Speed: Speed is very important
factor for paper solving, if students speed is good then they can solve all the
questions hence students must maintain the speed in exam time. Students must do
the practice on speed. Try to solve previous years question papers candidates can
get the idea about time management.

Concentration: Most of
candidates do not sitting two hours continuously at a stretch, Concentration is
very important in exam. Hence try to solve Comprehensive test, it will makes you
to sit for two hours at a stretch and you can increase your attentive span.

Time Management: The most
important value provided by the comprehensive test is an idea of our strengths and
weakness. So you should manage time and allocate certain time to each section depending
on your strength and weakness.

Accuracy: Accuracy is
the number of correct questions out of attempted questions. If this is low you need
to go and revise the chapters which are reducing your accuracy because marking wrong
option will impose negative marks in GB Pant Entrance Exam.

Finding Traps: You should
avoid false positives or false negatives i.e. you shouldn’t leave easy questions
thinking they are hard and attempt hard questions thinking they are easy. analysing
