If you have select PCMB group in 11th std, you can write entrance exams for both Medicine and Engineering. Standard of questions of Physics and Chemistry is totally depending on national and state level entrance exams. Some state level entrance exam’s question patterns are same for both courses.
Tough level of subject is depending on preparation of student how you preparer for particular subject.
