The Delhi University released the eighth cutoff list for the OBC category to fill
up empty seats
The Delhi University released the eighth cutoff list for
the OBC category to fill up empty seats on Tuesday (9th August).
The University said on Monday (8th August) that the requirement that OBC candidates
must score within 10% of the cutoff marks for general category no longer applies
and no OBC seats will be converted to general category.
According to guidelines, colleges will further communicate to the registrar
on August 11 the ninth cutoff list by further lowering the cutoff marks in those
courses where OBC category seats still remain unfilled. The ninth list will be notified
on Thursday. The admission and payment of fees will take place on August 12 and
13.
