Things not to be done before exam

• Don't eat much. It will make you drowsy and you will not be able to focus well.
• Don't study the whole night before the exam. It may lead to acidity or uneasiness during the paper.
• Do not discuss studies with the friends. It will confuse you and you may forget whatever you have studied.
• Don’t do heavy exercise. It can make you feel tired & you may not be able to concentrate well in the exam.
• Don't be late for the exam as it will erode away some of your available time and it will be difficult to manage as you start writing the paper.

Things not to be done after exam

• Don’t discuss the paper after exam. You cannot change a wrong answer. Moreover, it can lead to depression & may have a negative effect on your next paper.
• Take nutritious food and take time to relax before you start revising for the next paper.
• Don't waste your time in finding out the answers when you go home. You are affecting your further preparation. Just concentrate and study well for your next paper.
