COMEDK UG Medical and Dental Entrance Test:

COMEDK has been assigned the task of organizing a COMEDK UGET 2011 Exam for the
academic year 2012-2013, for candidates aspiring to pursue Under Graduate courses
Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges in the State of Karnataka. The
COMEDK UGET medical entrance exam is mandatory for candidates seeking
admissions for the Under-Graduate courses in COMEDK Member Institutions. The COMEDK UG Medical and Dental Entrance Test scores
are valid only for admissions during the academic year 2012-2013.

Eligibility Criteria:
All the aspiring candidates should have passed minimum 10+2 higher secondary or
equivalent examination, recognized by State/Central Government. The last two years
of study shall comprise Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) with English as compulsory
subject and must have passed these subjects and must have passed these subjects
and secured minimum 50% of marks taken together in PCB are eligible for COMEDK UGET
2012 medical exam. In addition, in the Common Entrance Test must have secured not
less than 50% marks in PCB.
The candidates who belong to SC, ST and OBC category of Karnataka should have passed
the 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, recognized by State/Central
government. In the last two years of studies the candidates should have studied
Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as compulsory subject and must
have passed these subjects with minimum of 40% of marks together in PCB.
How to Apply?
Candidates have to apply online at the website www.comedk.org. For this they have to first obtain a Demand
Draft of 
800/- for (PCB). After filling the details in the online form of COMEDK
UGET 2012 Exam candidates have to send the printed version of the online form and
send it to COMEDK address along with Demand Draft and the mentioned documents.
