B. S. Abdur Rahman University Engineering Entrance Examination BSAUEEE:
B. S. Abdur Rahman University Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted by B.
S. Abdur Rahman University on an all India basis for the selection of candidates
for admission to B.Tech/ B.Arch Degree Programmes. The selection of candidates for
the admission to the above programmes will be based on the merits of candidates
in both qualifying examination and Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by
the University. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be admitted
to the first year B.Tech/ B.Arch programmes through counseling. B. S. Abdur Rahman
University B.Tech and B.Arch Admission are done on the basis of marks scored in
BSAUEEE 2012 Exam.

B.S Abdur Raham University B.Tech/ B.Arch Admission Eligibility Criteria:
For B.Tech:
- Candidates should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with a minimum
aggregate of 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
B.Arch:
- Candidates should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with a minimum
aggregate of 50% marks with Mathematics and English as subjects of study.
- Candidates should have a minimum score of 40% in National Aptitude Test in Architecture
(NATA).

600/- by cash or DD drawn in favour of ‘B. S. Abdur Rahman University’, payable

To obtain application form by post, write to Address I along with:
- A Demand Draft for 650/- drawn in favour of "B. S. Abdur Rahman University",
payable at Chennai.
- Your mailing address written on a quarter sheet of paper. Write your name in
full and ‘BSAUEEE 2012 Application’ on the back side of the Demand Draft.
The application is a special form of coding sheet which is machine readable (Optical
Mark Reader). Hence handle the application form carefully without smudging.

Online Applications: Candidates can also apply online by logging into the
university’s official website www.bsauniv.ac.in. Online applicants should send a DD for
550/- drawn in favour of ’B. S. Abdur Rahman University’, payable at Chennai to
‘Director (Admissions)’. Name of the applicant and other details (BSAUEEE-2012)
should be written on the back side of the DD.

Exam Pattern
BSAUEEE 2012 Exam Pattern:
- The question paper will contain 100 objective type questions. Out of 100 questions,
50 questions will be from Mathematics, 25 from Physics and 25 from Chemistry. Each
question will be followed by four answers, of which, only one is correct / most
appropriate.
- The duration of the examination is 2.00 hours (10 am to 12.00 Noon).
