About ASCI-PGDHM :
The Administrative Staff College Of India-PGDHM
program approved by the AICTE is running into its sixth year now. It derives its
structure from ASCI’s erstwhile Masters Program in Hospital Administration (MHA),
which had the benefit of technical assistance and collaboration with leading institutions
such as Johns Hopkins University, USA, and the Hindujas Group. ASCI-MHA’s alumni
today occupy leading positions in the healthcare industry. In the year 2006, ASCI
received AICTE approval for this program, which thereafter continued as the AICTE
Approved two year full time ASCI-Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management (ASCI-PGDHM).
ASCI-PGDHM alumni are currently placed in managerial positions both in core healthcare
and healthcare interfacing industries such as healthcare consulting, insurance,
and healthcare IT.
ASCI Eligibility :
- Graduates from any discipline, with a minimum 50% aggregate at graduation, and a
minimum score of 550 in MAT exam held in September 2010, December 2010, February
2011 and May 2011 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with a medical (MBBS, Dental, Physiotherapy, AYUSH) or life-sciences
(including Pharma) background are especially encouraged to apply.

Application forms (which will be available on the ASCI website) can be downloaded,
completed and sent to reach us by May 31, 2011 at Centre for Healthcare Management,
ASCI at the address given below along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- drawn in
favour of Administrative Staff College of India payable at Hyderabad. Candidates
may also get in touch with Office of the Centre for Healthcare Management, ASCI
for the application form and brochure.

Exam Pattern
Selection Criteria ASCI :
The admission requirement includes a minimum score of 550 in MAT (Management Aptitude
Test) administered by the All India Management Association
(AIMA) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. scores of
any of the following are valid: September 2010, December 2010, February 2011 and
May 2011
All applicants who meet these requirements shall be called for Group Discussion
(GD) & Personal Interview (PI).
