Amrita University Admission Test:
Amrita School of Business (ASB) has made a unique important space for itself among
Indian business schools in a period of last 15 years. ASB started offering full-time
MBA programs in the year 1996 and the batch of
2011-13 will be its 16th. The two year full-time MBA program has grown from 16 students,
5 faculties, and single campus in year 1996 to 300 students, 35 faculties and four
campuses (Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Coimbatore and Kochi) today Amrita School of Business
is currently ranked 28th nationally1 amongst top B-Schools in India (Including the

The candidates seeking admission in Amrita University's
Amrita School of Business for MBA Program are required to appear for one of following
entrance exams.

Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institute of Management
(IIM) in November/ December 2010 and/ or GRE.
OR

AIMA MAT entrance exam scores are also accepted at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and
Kochi campuses.
OR
- NRI and students of foreign origin are required to take the GMAT entrance
exam (Maximum of five percent NRI and /or foreign candidates may be admitted
through GMAT with a minimum score of 550) and they should process their application
through Director Corporate and International Relations, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham
or Amrita University, Ettimadai, Coimbatore, India.

Eligibility Criteria:
The minimum qualification required to apply for Amrita University
admission to the MBA Program is a Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 years of
education) in any discipline which is recognized by the association of Indian Universities,
or any degree equivalent to the Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate
marks in each of the Secondary/ Higher Secondary/ Pre-degree examinations (or equivalent)
and for the graduation examinations conducted by a Board/ University.
For those who aspire to be part of MBA - MS Program at Bengaluru, offered jointly
by Amrita School of Business (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University for MBA Admission)and
University at Buffalo, New York, a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the Secondary/Higher
Secondary/ Pre-degree examinations (or equivalent) and for the graduation examinations
conducted by a Board/ University is required. Minimum IBT - TOEFL score of 79 is
a must for the students aspiring for MBA - MS Program.

and printed. Please fill in all the details affix your photograph, enclose the above-mentioned
